Jeff Moore

Jeff has been a leader in the employee benefits space for almost two decades. He began his career at a large regional insurance brokerage firm, which he left in 2006 to form Yeary & Moore, LLC. Jeff has managed and provided consulting for dozens of large self-insured medical programs throughout the Southeast. Jeff works closely with his clients to help them navigate through complex compliance, legal and financial aspects of their Employee Benefit Programs.
Jeff graduated from Auburn University where he met his wife Ana. Jeff has three children, lives in Birmingham and attends Trinity United Methodist Church. He serves as a board member on numerous charitable organizations including March of Dimes and Vestavia City School Foundation. His hobbies include golf, fishing and coaching his children on various sports teams.
Matthew Morris

Matthew brings almost 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. His insurance career started with BCBS of Alabama, serving as a Service Rep, Marketing Rep, and Sales Rep for clients with 2 -1000 employees. After his 12 years with BCBS, he moved to a start-up company that focused primarily on medical stop loss for self-funded clients. During this time, he learned in detail the complexities of creating a stop loss carrier, reinsurance programs and captives. Through these roles he developed a passion for service, strategic planning, and trust with clients.
Matthew graduated from Birmingham Southern College with a degree in Business Administration. He is married with 3 children and resides in Birmingham. When he is not working or with his family, he is coaching or spending time hunting with his children.
Dixon Seymour

Dixon brings with him over 14 years of experience in the insurance industry. He began his insurance career working for a large regional insurance brokerage firm. Dixon’s involvement in the industry has ranged from the property and casualty insurance side to the employee benefits and self-funded medical side. In his time spent at Yeary & Moore, Dixon has led numerous successful projects for prospective and current clients and has developed, managed and maintained relationships with employers, stop-loss markets and insurance companies.
Dixon received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Risk Management and Insurance from the University of Mississippi and currently lives in Birmingham, AL with his wife and two children. When Dixon isn’t spending time in the office or with his family he enjoys being on the golf course and fishing.
Richard Yeary

Richard (Rick) brings with him an extensive background of employee benefits experience to Yeary & Moore, LLC. Prior to starting Yeary & Moore, Rick was President of a large regional insurance brokerage firm for almost a decade. Prior to being President of the insurance brokerage firm, Rick was Senior Vice President for almost 30 years at McGriff, Seibels and Williams.
Rick received his Bachelors of History from Indiana State University. While at ISU, Richard played starting second baseman for the Sycamores. Rick also is a United States Army Vietnam Veteran. He lives just south of Birmingham, AL wife his wife, Etta. If Rick is not working, you can find Richard playing golf or spectating at one of his grandchildren’s soccer or baseball games.
